Quotation Templates

Import a Quotation

1. Hover over Quote on the main menu  and select Quote Import.
2. Select the Aircraft from the dropdown list.
3. Select any or all Class 1 Components linked to the Aircraft.
4. Select the Target Quotation.
5. See Import from AMP & Import Templates

Import From AMP

1. Select AMP Include Rectification is required
2. Enter Forecast months for multiple due Tasks OR.
3. Enter AMP ShareID for individual Task.
4. Press AMP Due Tasks to import AMP Tasks

Or

AMS Template

1. Select task to import from AMS Template drop down list.
2. Press Template Tasks to import AMS Template.
3. Repeat as necessary.
